The staff is lovely, the location is just perfect!

A charming and elegant hotel in a great location just inside the town walls and 200m from the station. The train to Venice takes only 30mins and is a bargain E2.40. Our room was one of the renovated ones on the 1st and 5th floors - although I didn't see the older rooms it is likely that the less complimentary reviewers stayed in those. The breakfast was good by Italian standards and, again, served in a beautiful room. The room had a safe (key from reception), mini-bar, and flat-screen TV.. Good bathroom, good lighting, good heating (this was mid Dec).

Room rather small for a 4* and only 2 thin pillows (ask for extra) No wifi, although they said they would be getting it in the new year (2011). The English-language news channels had bad satellite reception - they said they were working on this too.

An excellent location with the added bonus of the airport bus drop point only 500 yrds approx from the hotel door. Staff very friendly and helpful

Hotel is a little dated but that is well out weighted by the excellent location and price

Clean bed linen every day, polite friendly staff, location very handy for Treviso itself and for visiting other cities eg Venieza Padova Vicenza.

Rooms a little warn, but still execellent value.

Fantastic location next to railway station and close to Treviso centre.

I think receptionists were not very friendly and informative. I had t ask myself all possible information.

I stayed with my eldest daughter at the hotel, we enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were very freindly and helpful.extremely good location very close to the bus and train stations in Treviso.

Room was very hot because air conditioner was old and tired. The curtains were dusty and the spread worn. The floors weren't dirty, but didn't feel all that clean either. The bathroom was fine, however.

Stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and nothing has changed since then, air conditioning comprises of a portable unit in your room. The bedding sheets are changed every day and are crips and white. The hotel is quite shabby and needs a good clean and updating of decor and furnishings. The location is central for town, buses and trains.

The shower is like a wet room and there was broken tiles and the base where the base of the shower meets the bathroom floor was ingrained with dirt around the edges. The vanity mirror frame was stained and dirty. The bedside lamp shades were stained with dirty water marks and one of the bulbs did not work. I dropped some money which rolled underneath the bed, the underneath was dusty.

Easy access to transport. Great staff. Clean rooms

Air con was terrible. We had to empty the wat every might for it to work. It was a portable one. Not good enough really.

Very close to treviso station

Terrible breakfast and it is now a bit shabby - could do with some sprucing up.

Hotel is located between Central Station and City Centre / Shopping area

Room was too tiny and too old (except the bathroom). No iron was available in the room nor at the reception. Airco system was cheap and noisy. If you opened the window, like we did, mosquito could get in and, most annoying, the noise coming from the works in the street woke us up. Anyway, you could hear noise from other rooms. The telephone was a rotary dial phone, minibar was lousy and bottles were not replaced after consumption. Breakfast was not continental (like the hotel name..), they only offered croissants (early) and few other pastries, bread, jam.. Definitely not a 4-stars hotel...not even a 3-stars..

The room was massive with it own kitchen/cooking facilities.
